S&V Construction, Lda. is registered in Portugal. Data controller contact: sv.construcao.2019@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect information you submit voluntarily via our contact and job-application forms: name, email address, phone number, location and project details. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g. language preference stored in localStorage). With your consent we may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the site. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking 'Necessary only' in the cookie banner.
5. Data sharing
We use Resend (Resend Inc.) to deliver contact-form emails. Resend acts as a data processor under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
6. Retention
Form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. We do not store them in a separate database.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sv.construcao.2019@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data-protection authority (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).
